Another World Prism+ development port

The interpreter is based on Gregory Montoir's RAW, with Fabien Sanglard's
annotated source. It is licensed under GPL version 2 or later. Upstream
revision and original source hashes are recorded in UPSTREAM.json.

MPE changes: cooperative script execution, bounded memory and package reads,
Amiga executable resource-directory discovery, offline ByteKiller conversion,
Prism+ indexed video, controller snapshots and SID instrument arrangements.
The portable package contains separate Teensy MVM1 and KFF2 ABI8 native modules
with shared owner data, original sample lifetimes/pitch, intro palette roles,
and Enter-to-skip controls. Font strokes retain coverage when the picture is
scaled into the Prism+ viewport. KFF2 transport uses its bounded DMA/SID services.
The build includes a corresponding-source archive beside the private package.

Original game files belong to their respective copyright holders. They are
external inputs and are not included in the repository or source archive.
The package uses the owner's Amiga content. SID instruments approximate its
sample timbres; they do not reproduce Paula PCM waveforms.
